Designer

Designer is a mid-level position working with the client team to execute design deliverables. The Designer that is right for this position should have 2+ years of experience, an eye for great design and typography, and a degree in Graphic Design or commensurate experience.

Requirements:

• Ability to align design initiatives with marketing strategies through innovative and creative concepts
• Skilled in Adobe Creative Suite, Microsoft Office, Web/Interactive Design experience a plus
• Expert taste in design, typography and photography
• High level of comfort working in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
• Attention to detail
• Ability to manage schedules and workload
• Desire to work openly and innovate through design
• Excellent communication (written and verbal) and organizational skills
• Photography skills are a big bonus
• Reasonably good sense of humor
• Appreciation of great food
• No Jerk-Wads
