We are looking for a Front End Developer to join the THIS IS RED team. The candidate must have a minimum of three years front-end development experience, with a focus on creating functional pages from design mockups.
You should have excellent verbal and written communication skills, thrive in a results-oriented environment with little supervision, and be comfortable and effective working with remote colleagues.
Responsibilities:
- Hand Coding HTML5, CSS
- Collaborating with Account Teams, Designers and Back End Developers
- Produce estimates during sales process, including expertise required, total number of development hours required, etc.
- Document software problem scenarios and solutions
- Work with the team to troubleshoot software issues and diagnose failed tests
Serve as a reference for front-end best practices
Required skills:
- 2+ years hand coding HTML5 and CSS with code samples that validate
- Intimate knowledge of HTML5, CSS, and JavaScript
- Experience with ASP.NET
- Troubleshooting/debugging
- Experience with cross-browser support and optimization
- Fierce work ethic and strong attention to detail
- Ability to organize and manage multiple priorities
- Knowledge of current JavaScript libraries
- Basic graphic and web design skills
